Frequently Asked Questions about Quality Control

Which ISO standards do your certification services cover?

Our portal specializes in the ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards, providing guides and protocols for their implementation in industrial environments.

How is a typical material inspection carried out?

The protocol includes statistical sampling, non-destructive testing, verification of technical specifications, and detailed documentation in accordance with international regulations, ensuring batch traceability and consistency.

What advantages does certification offer for mass production?

Certification systematizes processes, reduces waste and rejections, improves operational efficiency, and provides a competitive advantage by demonstrating a commitment to globally recognized quality standards.

Are your protocols applicable to any industrial sector?

Yes, our quality control and management methods are adaptable to sectors such as automotive, metallurgy, plastics, electronics, and consumer goods, always aligned with the specific regulatory requirements of each industry.

Do you offer consulting for audit preparation?

Yes, we provide technical advice to prepare documentation, conduct audit simulations, and train staff, with the goal of achieving successful certification without complications.

Clarifications and Technical Definitions

Official interpretations, exclusions, and conditions that specify the scope of our quality control and certification services.

ISO 9001
Does certification guarantee the quality of the final product?
No. ISO 9001 certification certifies that the organization has a documented and operational quality management system. It is not a guarantee of the intrinsic quality of individual products, but of the consistency of the processes to achieve it.
Inspection
Does a positive inspection result exonerate the manufacturer from future claims?
No. Our inspection reports reflect the conditions observed at a specific time and for a specific batch. They do not constitute a perpetual guarantee nor exempt from liabilities for latent defects or those arising from subsequent use.
Scope
Do the services include legal advice or liability for regulatory non-compliance?
No. Our scope is technical and process auditing. We do not provide legal advice. The ultimate responsibility for compliance with all local and international regulations always rests with the client.
Sampling
Does the AQL sampling protocol detect all defects in a batch?
No. AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is a statistical method that assumes a controlled risk. An accepted batch may contain defects not detected in the sample. It is not a 100% inspection method.
Certification
Is certification permanent?
No. All certifications are subject to periodic surveillance audits (usually annual) and a full recertification at the end of the cycle (typically 3 years). Maintenance requires continuous demonstration of conformity.
